How long is the first call?
30 minutes. That's long enough to understand what you're trying to move and short enough to respect your calendar.
Who will I speak to?
A co-founder. All three Teamworks Media co-founders run fit calls directly.
Do I need to share my ad accounts before the call?
No, but it helps. If you're comfortable giving view access to Meta, Google, GA4, and any analytics tool, we can give you a more specific read on the call.
What's the minimum engagement?
We typically work with brands spending HK$50,000+ per month in paid media on a 6-month minimum retainer. That said, we're flexible on minimum engagement when we see strong potential and a clear path to impact.
Where are you based?
Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Office meetings are by appointment. Most fit calls happen on Zoom/Teams.
How soon can we start work?
A typical engagement kicks off 2–3 weeks after the fit call — proposal, contract, kickoff sprint.
